The Martha’s Vineyard Times is an independently owned, weekly, community newspaper, published by The MV Times News Corp. on the island of Martha’s Vineyard.
Carol Carrick of West Tisbury died on June 6. She was 78.
A prolific writer, she published dozens of books for children and young adults. Many of the books were illustrated by her late husband, Donald Carrick, and a few by her son Paul Carrick.
